Initiate Your Request
Log into your NIDA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
